Are you exhausted with the struggle of dieting but want to lose extra weight and keep it off?
I am a health coach and social worker with degrees from Harvard and University of Denver. I help people get unstuck and move forward toward their health and relationship goals.
This workshop is about losing weight. It’s also about feeling better and being able to stop spending so much energy on dieting, weight, and worrying about appearance.
Would you like to start eating like a trim, healthy person who doesn’t have issues with food? You will learn a style of eating that will allow you to lose weight, manage blood sugar, and not feel ripped off.
With humor and compassion, we will identify and find the power to work with the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that have fueled past overeating.
You will identify other places of “hunger” in your life and how to get unstuck with pursuing and asking for what you long for.
We will cover how to actually become more comfortable saying “no” to people, situations, and behaviors that don’t work for you.
